International Food Fridays: Mediterranean Lasagna

It might be snowy outside but Inge managed to bring the Mediterranean to the seminar room.For today's International Food (Thrusday), Inge stepped a bit away from her german roots and prepared two wonderful lasagnas for us, following her Mediterranean recipe, together with a nice salad.
Thank you Inge for the tasty food and for translating your cuisine into vegetarian and vegan recipes! It was finger-licking tasty! We will all certainly need a coffee to recover from this ;)
